This is how to get started building rules within the Ravelin Dashboard.

Here we create an email block list using the AI rule builder tool. The tool automatically finds rule conditions based on the prompt entered. The list of emails can be edited after the condition is added if you want to add/ remove from the list.

For this example we manually create a velocity rule by selecting from the available list of rule conditions. We show examples of different settings that are configurable within a rule. We also can see the different operators we can use between conditions, meaning that only some or all conditions are required to match if a rule will trigger.
