Insights, previously called the Query Tool, empowers you to go beyond standard dashboards and access a wide range of detailed data through an intuitive interface. This allows you to create more customized and in-depth reports.
Insights allows you to explore reporting in two main ways:
As of May 2026, we’ve combined all the metrics from Analytics and the Query Tool into a new, dedicated section called Insights. This update gives you more flexibility to build and manage reports from one central location within the Ravelin dashboard. Analytics will continue to be available for a period of time following the release of Insights.
As part of this work, Ravelin has migrated Dashboards that existed in Analytics over to Insights.
To access the migrated Dashboards, go to "Boards" in Insights:
