To help you work more efficiently, you can set a “Product Focus” in your user settings. This preference tailors the dashboard to your needs, helping you access what’s important, faster.
Your chosen focus will customise the default views across Ravelin, including the summary widgets in Explore, the default dashboard in Analytics, the pre-selected checkpoint in the rules list, and more. This setting doesn’t stop you from seeing other products in the dashboard, but will determine defaults to optimise your experience.

The “Product Focus” user preference is only available to clients who have multiple Ravelin products, such as Payment Fraud, Refund Abuse, Account Takeover, or Supplier Fraud.
